Shipping policy

We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders received after 12 p.m. EST will fall on the next business day. All stock items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days regardless of the shipping option. Any items made to order are subject to average production times prior to shipping.

aurabeautyincshop.com cannot be held responsible for shipping delays.  If you cancel the order AFTER it was shipped, please do not refuse the delivery, even if you did not receive it by the time you had expected. Regular return procedures apply as described below.

After your shipment is processed we will email you the tracking number. Be advised that your shipment won’t start to track until it has been picked up. If you did not receive your order 10 days after it was shipped, please email aurabeautyincshop@gmail.com so we can help you track your order.
